Une lecture belge du Brexit: droit et politique au Royaume-Uni, une grande démocratie contemporaine
(2021)
discusses Brexit from a comparative constitutional perspective
The article presents a project on "Pan-European General Principles of Good Administration" funded by the German Research Foundation and its first results. This project is about the work of the Council of Europe in the realm of administrative law and its impact on the administrative law of its Member States.
The book is the result of the symposium that, on 21 and 22 June 2018, accompanied the closure of the «Mutations de l'Action Publique et du Droit Public» Chair of Sciences Po Paris. If was decided to analyse the major developments affecting administrative laws in times of profound transformation of the instruments of public action. The contribution reviews these developments and considers those that are emerging for the future in the light of current tensions and changes, with the hope of identifying some ideas on the future of administrative law that could be useful for academic analysis and beyond, perhaps, for the public debate.
